Raïna von Waldenburg
Raïna recently moved to Vancouver from NYC where she was full-time faculty at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She currently teaches physical acting at the University of the Fraser Valley. Raïna received her MFA in creative writing from Goddard College, and her BFA in acting from NYU. Raïna produced her one-woman show Oysters Orgasms and Obituaries and received the 2012 New York Innovative Theatre Award nomination for "Outstanding Solo Performance" and the 2014 Persephone Award for "Innovative Teaching and Performance". Raïna's original works include My Friend Andrea at the Cultch Theatre, Movement international's production of I Am One Who Is Wild As The Wind, and NYU"s production of Das Kaspar Theatre.
